Tracey Davey

Our CEO Tracey Davey leads the strategic direction of Childcare Operations Management Provider. With extensive experience across multiple educational settings, Tracey is dedicated to ensuring that all children have access to high-quality early childhood education and care.

In senior operational roles across Early Learning, Primary and Secondary Education she has successfully led teams across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework and achieving “Exceeding” ratings. Her innovative strategies in occupancy growth, waitlist and debt management, and local marketing resulted in record-high occupancy and the expansion of services to meet the growing needs of local families.

Tracey works in collaboration with Approved Providers, Nominated Supervisors, and Educators, assisting them to deliver high-quality learning experiences for young children. Her leadership is driven by a passion for operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement within the sector.

Tracey brings a wealth of expertise in financial management, service development, and team leadership. She remains focused on empowering early childhood professionals and strengthening the industry to provide the best outcomes for children and families.
